⚖️ Expert Verdict

These two are the kings of the 'supermarket aisle' printers. Both are very cheap to buy and very expensive to run. However, HP’s 'e' series printers come with the option of Instant Ink, which *can* be a money-saver if you print exactly the right amount every month. The Canon TS3350 offers no such flexibility. While both feel quite flimsy, the HP 2710e has a slightly better mobile app and a more modern setup. It’s a sad win, but the HP 2710e takes it simply because the subscription option might save a very specific type of user a few pounds on ink.

What Owners Are Saying?

Canon PIXMA TS3350

Molly
"Cheap as chips at Curry's for my uni work. Does the job for basic essays."

Edward
"The ink cost is a proper joke. Spent more on cartridges than the printer in two months. Avoid if you print more than once a week—not frugal at all."

Theodore
"Wi-Fi setup was a right faff on my Mac."

HP DeskJet 2710e

Oliver S.
"Does what it says on the tin."

Pensioner55
"Absolute nightmare to set up. I'm fairly tech-savvy but this made me feel knackered. The app just wouldn't find the printer. Avoid if you don't like talking to tech support."
