The P1S’s enclosure makes it far superior for printing technical materials like ABS, which would likely fail on the open-frame Neptune. Additionally, the P1S offers the AMS system for multi-colour printing, something that is not natively available for the Elegoo. The P1S is also much quieter and cleaner to look at in a home office environment. If you are a value-conscious maker who enjoys tinkering, the Neptune 4 Pro is a great buy.
