⚖️ Expert Verdict

The Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro is currently one of the best value-for-money printers on the market, offering high-speed Klipper firmware for a fraction of the Anker's price. The Neptune 4 Pro features a massive cooling fan assembly that allows it to maintain great print quality even at rapid speeds. However, the AnkerMake M5 offers a much more polished user experience, with a far superior mobile app and a truly helpful AI monitoring system. The Anker's build quality is significantly higher, utilizing die-cast aluminum parts that feel much more durable than the Neptune's standard v-slot extrusions. While the Neptune 4 Pro is a tinkerer’s dream, the Anker is designed for the user who just wants to press 'print' and walk away. You are essentially paying for the convenience, the camera, and the better software integration with the Anker. If you are comfortable with a more 'raw' 3D printing experience, the Neptune is a steal. But for a professional-feeling household tool, the Anker takes the lead.
