✅ Pros: Incredible value with Klipper and high speed.
❌ Cons: Large cooling fans are quite loud.
✅ Pros: Excellent app experience and built-in AI camera.
❌ Cons: Slightly less open than competitors like Prusa.
The Neptune 4 Pro is the clear winner for value, providing excellent speed and cooling for almost half the price of the Anker. The AnkerMake M5 wins on software polish and AI features that Elegoo lacks. **The trade-off:** The Neptune requires much more manual 'tinkering' to maintain its performance. We were disappointed that Anker's proprietary parts make repairs more expensive than the standard-part Neptune. Buy the Neptune if you love to mod, or the Anker if you want it to 'just work'.
